The Hoonah Braves basketball team scored 20 points and restricted the host Non Varsity Opponent to 9 in the Braves non-league victory on Friday.
The Braves now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Skagway for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Hoonah will battle a Panthers team coming off a 35-32 league loss to Hoonah (Hoonah, AK). The Panthers record now stands at 1-4.
The (89-155) will now prepare for their contest against Midway (Henrietta, TX). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 2-11 record. In their last contest, Midway was defeated by Slidell (Slidell, TX), 49-40, in a league contest.
