The Kalskag Grizzly Bears (Upper Kalskag, AK) basketball crushed the host Tuluksak Wolverines (Tuluksak, AK), 52-24 in Friday's league test.
The Grizzly Bears (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Aniak (Aniak, AK). The Halfbreeds go into the 1A Greater Kuskokwim test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Aniak walloped Akiachak (Akiachak, AK), 44-35, in a league test.
The Wolverines now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Akiachak for a 1A Greater Kuskokwim test on Friday, January 26. Tuluksak will encounter a Huskies squad coming off a 44-35 league loss to Aniak (Aniak, AK). The Huskies record now stands at 2-2.
