The Lake Stevens Vikings (Lake Stevens, WA) basketball knocked off the visiting Kamiak Knights (Mukilteo, WA), 83-72 in Friday's league test.
The Vikings (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Skyline (Sammamish, WA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 2-10 record. In their last test, Skyline went down by Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA), 46-25, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 3-5 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson for a 4A Wesco test on Monday, January 22. Kamiak will encounter a Timberwolves squad coming off a 78-11 non-league win over Nathan Hale (Seattle, WA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 10-6.
