The Spring Hill Panthers basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Kilgore Bulldogs to 39 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 13-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carthage for a 4A Region III District 17 contest on Tuesday, January 23. Spring Hill will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 34-18 league loss to Chapel Hill (Tyler, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-14.

The Bulldogs (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Gilmer (Gilmer, TX). The Buckeyes come into the 4A Region III District 17 contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Gilmer prevailed over Henderson (Henderson, TX), 60-21, in a league contest.
