Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Sunset Bison (Dallas, TX) and the host Kimball Knights (Dallas, TX), saw Sunset's basketball squad knock off Kimball by a count of 47-29.

With the victory, Sunset upgrades its record to 14-8 on the campaign. The Bison host White (Dallas, TX) to play the Longhorns in a 5A Region II District 11 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a record of 23-3.

Next up, the Knights play the Hillcrest Panthers (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 11 challenge, on Tuesday, January 23. Kimball will attempt to upgrade on its 2-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 18-7 record after their 49-39 league win over Molina (Dallas, TX).
