The Montesano Bulldogs basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Tenino Beavers to 22 in the Bulldogs league victory on Friday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olympia for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Montesano will battle a Bears team coming off a 51-43 non-league loss to Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Bears record now stands at 7-5.
The Beavers (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA). The Grizzlies come into the 1A Evergreen contest with a 3-13 record. In their last contest, Hoquiam was routed by Eatonville (Eatonville, WA), 60-15, in a league contest.
