Georgia High School Basketball - Upson-Lee trounces Pike County

The Upson-Lee Knights (Thomaston, GA) basketball crushed the host Pike County Pirates (Zebulon, GA), 59-38 in Friday's league test.

The Knights (7-11) will now prepare for their test against Jackson (Jackson, GA). The Red Devils go into the AAA Region 2 test with a 4-13 record.

The Pirates now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson for a AAA Region 2 test on Tuesday, January 23. Pike County will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 51-37 league loss to Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-13.
