Poway Titans (Poway, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Rancho Bernardo Broncos (San Diego, CA), 44-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Poway upgrades its record to 14-6 on the season. The Titans travel to San Marcos (San Marcos, CA) to clash with the Knights in a Palomar bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 11-11. San Marcos lost 72-18 in their recent league bout against Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA)

Next up, the Broncos clash with the Westview Wolverines (San Diego, CA) in a Palomar bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Rancho Bernardo will attempt to upgrade on its 17-5 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 12-9 record after their 62-49 non-league win over Rialto (Rialto, CA).
