Louisiana High School Basketball - River Oaks winner over Providence Classical Academy

The River Oaks Mustangs (Monroe, LA) basketball felled the visiting Providence Classical Academy Knights (Bossier City, LA), 66-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (15-11) will now prepare for their test against Prairie View Academy (Bastrop, LA). The Spartans go into the MAIS 3A District 4 test with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Prairie View Academy went down by Hillcrest Christian (Jackson, MS), 43-32, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 12-4 record. They play next when they host Marshall Christian Academy for a Freelance test on Saturday, January 20. Providence Classical Academy will encounter a Guardians squad coming off a 43-38 league loss to East Texas Homeschool Sports (Longview, TX). The Guardians record now stands at 7-9.
