California High School Basketball - Valhalla ripped by Steele Canyon

January 19, 2024: Spring Valley, CA 91978

The Steele Canyon Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Valhalla Norsemen to 17 in the Cougars league triumph on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bonita Vista for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Steele Canyon will meet a Barons team coming off a 51-41 non-league loss to Leuzinger (Lawndale, CA). The Barons record now stands at 7-11.

The Norsemen (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against West Hills (Santee, CA). The Wolf Pack enter the Grossmont - Valley contest with a 14-7 record. In their last contest, West Hills was routed by Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA), 49-45, in a league contest.
