Wayne Eagles (Ontario Center, NY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Penn Yan Academy Mustangs (Penn Yan, NY), 43-25 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wayne upgrades its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Mynderse Academy (Seneca Falls, NY) to play the Blue Devils in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 5-0.

Next up, the Mustangs play the Mynderse Academy Blue Devils (Seneca Falls, NY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 31. Penn Yan Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
