Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Carolina International Comets (Concord, NC) and the visiting Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), saw Carolina International's basketball squad wallop Queen's Grant by a count of 52-13.

With the victory, Carolina International upgrades its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 6-4. Piedmont Community Charter won 43-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Stallions play the Albemarle Bulldogs (Albemarle, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 25. Queen's Grant will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record.
