The Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC) basketball nipped the host Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC), 46-43 in Friday's non-league test.

The Ragin' Bulls (8-1) will now prepare for their test against West Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 6-5 record. In their last test, West Cabarrus got by A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC), 65-25, in a non-league test.

The Chargers now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to South Iredell for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 23. Cox Mill will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 43-23 non-league loss to Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 6-8.
