The Jack Britt Buccaneers basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Gray's Creek Bears to 21 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Friday.
The Buccaneers now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host South View for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Jack Britt will battle a Tigers team coming off a 56-48 league loss to Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 5-3.
The Bears (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC). The Colts enter the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Cape Fear triumphed over South View (Hope Mills, NC), 56-48, in a league contest.
