Rancho Verde Mustangs (Moreno Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting JW North Huskies (Riverside, CA), 67-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Rancho Verde upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Elsinore (Wildomar, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a bout on Friday, January 26. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Huskies clash with the Francis Parker Lancers (San Diego, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 26. JW North will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 3-10 record after their 64-52 non-league win over Victory Christian Academy (Chula Vista, CA).
