California High School Basketball - St. Helena knocked off by Middletown

The Middletown Mustangs basketball team scored 64 points and held the host St. Helena Saints to 53 in the Mustangs league triumph on Friday.
The Mustangs now sport a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rancho Cotate for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Middletown will battle a Cougars team coming off a 54-39 league loss to St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-8.
The Saints (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Elite (Vallejo, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Elite ran past Westlake Charter (Sacramento, CA), 57-32, in a non-league contest.
