Pullman Greyhounds (Pullman, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Rogers Pirates (Spokane, WA), 64-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pullman upgrades its record to 10-1 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to West Valley (Spokane, WA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 12-3. West Valley won 50-31 in their recent non-league bout against Shadle Park (Spokane, WA)

Next up, the Pirates play the Cheney Blackhawks (Cheney, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Rogers will attempt to improve on its 7-4 season record. The Blackhawks come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 63-54 non-league win over Lewis & Clark (Spokane, WA).
