The crowd at Sunday's non-league challenge between the Barrington Eagles (Barrington, RI) and the visiting Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI), witnessed Barrington's ice hockey team defeat Coventry by a final score of 8-0.

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against La Salle Academy (Providence, RI). The Rams come into the Division 1 challenge with a 9-2 record. In their last challenge, La Salle Academy was routed by East Catholic (Manchester, CT), 4-3, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Oakers battle the Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Coventry will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record.
