Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bethlehem Center can't hold off Carmichaels

The Carmichaels Mighty Mikes basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Bethlehem Center Bulldogs to 35 in the Mighty Mikes league triumph on Monday.
The Mighty Mikes now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bentworth for a WPIAL 2A 4 contest on Thursday, January 5. Carmichaels will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 54-29 league loss to Chartiers-Houston (Houston, PA). The Bearcats record now stands at 3-8.
The Bulldogs (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against California (Coal Center, PA). The Trojans enter the WPIAL 2A 4 contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, California nudged Jefferson-Morgan (Jefferson, PA), 62-16, in a non-league contest.
