Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Elk Lake can't hold off Mountain View

The Mountain View Eagles basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Elk Lake Warriors to 29 in the Eagles league triumph on Monday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Blue Ridge for a Lackawanna 4 contest on Thursday, January 5. Mountain View will battle a Raiders team coming off a 43-29 league win over Susquehanna (Susquehanna, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 2-2.
The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Old Forge (Old Forge, PA). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Old Forge nudged Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA), 48-26, in a league contest.
