The Sleepy Eye Indians routed the visiting New Ulm Cathedral Greyhounds basketball team by a final score of 72-36 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Indians face the St. Mary's Knights (Sleepy Eye, MN) in a A Section 2 game, on Monday, January 9. Sleepy Eye will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Knights enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 63-59 non-league win over Red Rock Central (Lamberton, MN).
With the defeat, New Ulm Cathedral moves to 2-4 on the year.
