Villa Walsh Academy Vikings (Morristown, NJ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Parsippany Redhawks (Parsippany, NJ), 44-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Villa Walsh Academy upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Boonton (Boonton, NJ) to play the Bombers in a Freelance bout on Wednesday, January 4. The Bombers go into the bout with a record of 3-1.

Next up, the Redhawks play the Academy of St. Elizabeth Panthers (Convent Station, NJ) in a Northwest Jersey - Independence bout, on Wednesday, January 4.
