The Benson basketball team (Benson, MN), was routed 78-57 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host B O L D Warriors (Olivia, MN)
The Warriors now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop for a A Section 2 battle on Thursday, January 4. B O L D will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 80-65 non-league loss to Minnesota Valley Lutheran (New Ulm, MN). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 3-5.
The (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Renville County West (Renville, MN). The Jaguars come into the non-league battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Renville County West was routed by Murray County Central (Slayton, MN), 86-47, in a league battle.
