The Lloyd Memorial Juggernauts basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Beechwood Tigers to 58 in the Juggernauts non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Juggernauts now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Cross for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Lloyd Memorial will battle a Indians team coming off a 58-55 non-league win over Conner (Hebron, KY). The Indians record now stands at 10-3.

The Tigers (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Covington Catholic (Park Hills, KY). The Colonels come into the District 35 contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Covington Catholic edged The Villages Charter (The Villages, FL), 70-55, in a non-league contest.
