The Winnisquam Bears basketball team (Tilton, NH), was nudged 36-33 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Belmont Red Raiders (Belmont, NH)
The Red Raiders now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Thomas Aquinas for a Division III battle on Friday, January 5. Belmont will battle a Saints team coming off a 45-39 league win over Gilford (Gilford, NH). The Saints record now stands at 6-1.
The Bears (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Newfound Regional (Bristol, NH). The Bears come into the Division III battle with a 1-5 record.
