The Merrimack Valley The Pride basketball team scored 61 points and held the host Bishop Brady Giants to 27 in the The Pride league triumph on Tuesday.
The The Pride now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hollis-Brookline for a Division II contest on Friday, January 5. Merrimack Valley will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 64-56 league win over ConVal (Peterborough, NH). The Cavaliers record now stands at 2-4.
The Giants (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Oyster River (Durham, NH). The Bobcats enter the Division II contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Oyster River was routed by Manchester West (Manchester, NH), 56-39, in a league contest.
