Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bradshaw Mountain Bears (Prescott Valley, AZ) and the host Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ), saw Bradshaw Mountain's basketball squad hold off Mingus by a tally of 56-50.

With the victory, Bradshaw Mountain improves its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Prescott (Prescott, AZ) to play the Badgers in a 4A Grand Canyon challenge on Monday, January 8. The Badgers come into the challenge with a record of 12-3. Prescott won 67-49 in their recent league challenge against Coconino (Flagstaff, AZ)

Next up, the Marauders play the Lee Williams Volunteers (Kingman, AZ) in a 4A Grand Canyon challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Mingus will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record. The Volunteers come into the challenge with a 7-6 record after their 48-44 non-league loss to The Gregory School (Tucson, AZ).
