The Chattooga Indians basketball team (Summerville, GA), was overwhelmed 78-39 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Christian Heritage Lions (Dalton, GA)
The Lions now possess a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chattanooga Prep for a non-league battle on Friday, January 5. Christian Heritage will confront a Sentinels team coming off a 62-55 non-league win over Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TN). The Sentinels record now stands at 7-3.
The Indians (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against Coosa (Rome, GA). The Eagles come into the A D1 Region 7 battle with a 3-10 record. In their last battle, Coosa was overwhelmed by Towns County (Hiawassee, GA), 60-55, in a non-league battle.
