Texas High School Basketball - Jim Ned crushes Coahoma

Jim Ned Indians (Tuscola, TX) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Coahoma Bulldogs (Coahoma, TX), 77-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Jim Ned upgrades its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Grape Creek (San Angelo, TX) to play the Eagles in a 3A Region I District 6 bout on Friday, January 5. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 9-12. Grape Creek lost 85-52 in their recent league bout against San Angelo Texas Leadership Charter Academy (San Angelo, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Merkel Badgers (Merkel, TX) in a 3A Region I District 6 bout, on Friday, January 5. Coahoma will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record.
