Texas High School Basketball - North Mesquite thwarts Conrad

January 2, 2024: Dallas, TX 75231

The North Mesquite Stallions (Mesquite, TX) basketball knocked off the host Conrad Chargers (Dallas, TX), 65-46 in Tuesday's league test.

The Stallions (9-9) will now prepare for their test against West Mesquite (Mesquite, TX). The Wranglers go into the 5A Region II District 12 test with a 14-5 record. In their last test, West Mesquite went down by Samuell (Dallas, TX), 50-38, in a league test.

The Chargers now own a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Poteet for a 5A Region II District 12 test on Friday, January 5. Conrad will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 77-25 league win over Spruce (Dallas, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 10-6.
