Connecticut High School Basketball - St. Bernard crushes East Lyme

January 2, 2024: East Lyme, CT 06333

St. Bernard Saints (Uncasville, CT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host East Lyme Vikings (East Lyme, CT), 73-47 in a league bout.

With the win, St. Bernard upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Saints travel to New London (New London, CT) to play the Whalers in a Eastern Connecticut I bout on Friday, January 5. The Whalers go into the bout with a record of 6-1. New London won 71-58 in their recent league bout against Norwich Free Academy (Norwich, CT)

Next up, the Vikings play the Stonington Bears (Stonington, CT) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 6. East Lyme will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Bears go into the bout with a 4-0 record after their 70-64 league win over Killingly (Killingly, CT).
