Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Evergreen Plainsmen (Vancouver, WA) and the host Prairie Falcons (Vancouver, WA), saw Evergreen's basketball squad hold off Prairie by a count of 71-67.

With the victory, Evergreen upgrades its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Plainsmen host Kelso (Kelso, WA) to play the Hilanders in a 3A Greater St. Helens challenge on Friday, January 5. The Hilanders come into the challenge with a record of 8-1. Kelso won 77-46 in their recent league challenge against Heritage (Vancouver, WA)

Next up, the Falcons play the Kentlake Falcons (Kent, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
