The Wapello Indians (Wapello, IA) basketball crushed the host Lone Tree Lions (Lone Tree, IA), 76-43 in Tuesday's league test.

The Indians (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA). The Falcons go into the SEI - North test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Louisa-Muscatine was trounced by WACO (Wayland, IA), 63-61, in a non-league test.

The Lions now own a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Winfield-Mt. Union for a SEI - North test on Friday, January 5. Lone Tree will encounter a Wolves squad coming off a 72-35 league win over Hillcrest Academy (Kalona, IA). The Wolves record now stands at 9-1.
