Tunstall Trojans (Dry Fork, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Magna Vista Warriors (Ridgeway, VA), 86-54 in a league bout.

With the victory, Tunstall upgrades its record to 12-0 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Bassett (Bassett, VA) to play the Bengals in a Piedmont bout on Friday, January 5. The Bengals come into the bout with a record of 3-11. Bassett lost 58-52 in their recent league bout against Martinsville (Martinsville, VA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Morehead Panthers (Eden, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Magna Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 3-7 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 84-81 non-league loss to Carlisle (Axton, VA).
