The Aztecs now sport a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alhambra for a Almont contest on Friday, January 5. Mark Keppel will battle a Moors team coming off a 55-51 league loss to Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA). The Moors record now stands at 6-10.

The Matadors (4-9) will now prepare for their contest against Schurr (Montebello, CA). The Spartans enter the Almont contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Schurr triumphed over Montebello (Montebello, CA), 60-47, in a league contest.
