The Sacred Heart Knights basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Minneapolis Lions to 44 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Knights now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. John's/Tipton Catholic for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Sacred Heart will battle a Blujays team coming off a 69-54 non-league loss to Clifton-Clyde (Clyde, KS). The Blujays record now stands at 4-2.

The Lions (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Southeast of Saline (Gypsum, KS). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Southeast of Saline was routed by Sacred Heart (Salina, KS), 60-36, in a non-league contest.
