The Ralls Jackrabbits basketball team (Ralls, TX), was overwhelmed 95-53 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting New Deal Lions (New Deal, TX)
The Lions now possess a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Olton for a 2A Region I District 4 battle on Friday, January 5. New Deal will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 60-45 league win over Sudan (Sudan, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-8.
The Jackrabbits (7-9) will now prepare for their battle against Lockney (Lockney, TX). The Longhorns come into the 2A Region I District 4 battle with a 5-7 record. In their last battle, Lockney was overwhelmed by Floydada (Floydada, TX), 91-45, in a league battle.
