Iowa High School Basketball - Starmont ripped by North Linn

The North Linn Lynx basketball team scored 84 points and held the host Starmont Stars to 17 in the Lynx league triumph on Tuesday.
The Lynx now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calamus-Wheatland for a Tri-Rivers contest on Friday, January 5. North Linn will meet a Warriors team coming off a 88-70 league loss to Marquette (Bellevue, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 6-3.
The Stars (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Midland (Wyoming, IA). The Eagles enter the Tri-Rivers contest with a 2-7 record. In their last contest, Midland was routed by Lisbon (Lisbon, IA), 72-28, in a non-league contest.
