In Tuesday's league outing, the Northern Cass Jaguars (Hunter, ND) basketball squad edged the visiting Oak Grove Lutheran Grovers (Fargo, ND), by a count of 64-58.
The Jaguars (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND). The Titans go into the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Drayton/Valley-Edinburg was tipped by Griggs County Central/Midkota (Cooperstown, ND), 56-39, in a non-league outing.
The Grovers now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Shiloh Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, January 5. Oak Grove Lutheran will clash with a Skyhawks squad coming off a 81-63 non-league win over Valley City (Valley City, ND). The Skyhawks record now stands at 5-1.
