The Northern York Polar Bears basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting West Perry Mustangs to 22 in the Polar Bears league triumph on Tuesday.

The Polar Bears now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Big Spring for a Mid-Penn - Colonial contest on Friday, January 5. Northern York will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-59 league win over Greencastle-Antrim (Greencastle, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-1.

The Mustangs (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA). The Rockets enter the Mid-Penn - Colonial contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, James Buchanan was routed by Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA), 60-48, in a league contest.
