South County Stallions (Lorton, VA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Fairfax Lions (Fairfax, VA), 51-19 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, South County upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Stallions host West Springfield (Springfield, VA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Spartans come into the bout with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Lions play the Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Fairfax will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Rams come into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 45-29 non-league win over Alexandria City (Alexandria, VA).
