The Gaffney Indians basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Riverside Warriors to 30 in the Indians non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Indians now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clover for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Gaffney will battle a Blue Eagles team coming off a 46-34 non-league win over Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC). The Blue Eagles record now stands at 5-1.
The Warriors (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Laurens (Laurens, SC). The Raiders enter the contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Laurens triumphed over Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC), 32-18, in a non-league contest.
