The Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) basketball crushed the visiting Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC), 63-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Patriots (5-2) will now prepare for their test against South Garner (Garner, NC). The Titans go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record.
The Wolverines now own a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Guilford for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 3. Wakefield will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 48-37 non-league loss to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 0-1.
