The Storm come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. Squalicum won 48-33 in their recent league challenge against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest challenge, on Friday, January 5. Lakewood will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Mariners come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 65-48 league win over Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA).
