In Tuesday's league outing, the White Mountains Spartans (Whitefield, NH) basketball squad beat the host Berlin Mountaineers (Berlin, NH), by a margin of 49-32.

The Spartans (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Gilford (Gilford, NH). The Golden Eagles go into the Division III outing with a 4-2 record. In their last outing, Gilford was beaten by St. Thomas Aquinas (Dover, NH), 48-41, in a league outing.

The Mountaineers now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Groveton for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 3. Berlin will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 37-19 league win over Moultonborough Academy (Moultonborough, NH). The Eagles record now stands at 6-0.
