Maine High School Basketball - Bonny Eagle ripped by Sanford

The Sanford Spartans basketball team scored 64 points and held the host Bonny Eagle Scots to 36 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.
The Spartans now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Noble for a AA South contest on Thursday, January 4. Sanford will battle a Knights team coming off a 64-13 non-league loss to Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Knights record now stands at 0-7.
The Scots (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against South Portland (South Portland, ME). The Red Riots enter the AA South contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, South Portland triumphed over Massabesic (Waterboro, ME), 61-38, in a league contest.
