With the win, Waynflete upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Flyers host Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME) to play the Capers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Capers go into the bout with a record of 0-6. Cape Elizabeth lost 58-38 in their recent league bout against York (York, ME)

Next up, the Seahawks play the Lisbon Greyhounds (Lisbon Falls, ME) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Boothbay will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 64-8 league loss to Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME).
