The Broadway Gobblers basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting William Monroe Dragons to 25 in the Gobblers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Gobblers now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Staunton for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. Broadway will battle a Storm team coming off a 47-26 league loss to Buffalo Gap (Swoope, VA). The Storm record now stands at 7-3.

The Dragons (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA). The Blue Streaks enter the Valley contest with a 7-4 record.
