The Chaska Hawks basketball team scored 61 points and held the visiting Shakopee Sabers to 41 in the Hawks league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hawks now sport a 7-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benilde-St. Margaret's for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Chaska will meet a Red Knights team coming off a 82-70 non-league win over Jordan (Jordan, MN). The Red Knights record now stands at 4-5.
The Sabers (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN). The Orioles enter the non-league contest with a 4-6 record.
