Maine High School Basketball - Windham ripped by Cheverus

The Cheverus Stags basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Windham Eagles to 28 in the Stags league triumph on Tuesday.
The Stags now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oxford Hills for a AA North contest on Thursday, January 4. Cheverus will battle a Vikings team coming off a 44-38 league loss to Bangor (Bangor, ME). The Vikings record now stands at 2-3.
The Eagles (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lewiston (Lewiston, ME). The Blue Devils enter the AA North contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Lewiston triumphed over Portland (Portland, ME), 49-39, in a league contest.
